Dr Ali Haji Aden, Minister of Health and Human Services – FGS, and a delegation led by him are representing Somalia at the World Health Conference.
The theme of the Year is “Saving Life” and “Continued Improvement of All People’s Health,” the leaders and delegates who attended the meeting analyzed the policy decisions that will shape the future of Health Care around the world.
The session’s agenda includes critical topics such as the proposed Program-Budget for 2024-2025, the Global Strategy for the Health of Women, Children, and Youth (2016-2030), the Global Inclusive Health Goal Plan (UHC), standardization procedures for medical device names, and general public health emergency preparedness.
The World Health Assembly, which is coordinated by the World Health Organization (WHO), is the forum that determines the global health process. and the most effective strategies for ensuring a unified global health system capable of achieving the goals of Universal Health Coverage (UHC).
